Independent consultant · Packaged offer

A 90-day sprint to make the offer obvious.

For independent experts who are booked, but not positioned. One engagement. A clear offer, a page that can sell it, and a pipeline you can run without a marketing team.

Built for people who already have proof — clients, a craft, a point of view — and need the commercial shape around it.

Who this is for

The specialist who undercharges

You are the person they call when it is on fire. The work is excellent. The packaging is not.

The operator going independent

You left the company. You have a network. You do not yet have a named offer with a price people can say yes to.

Not a fit

If you need a full-time marketing hire, a brand studio, or lead-gen ads this week — this is the wrong page.

The process

Four stages. You will always know what week it is, and what “done” looks like.

  1. 01 — Days 1–14

    Audit the proof

We gather the work, the wins, and the messy language you already use with clients. No blank-page branding.

  2. 02 — Days 15–40

    Name the offer

One sentence, one buyer, one price. We kill the menu of services and keep the thing people actually buy.

  3. 03 — Days 41–70

    Write the page

A single landing page and a conversation script. Enough to send, enough to close.

  4. 04 — Days 71–90

    Run the first loop

Ten conversations or three proposals — you pick the number. We review what landed and tighten the pitch.

What you leave with

Artifacts, not vibes. Replace this list with your real deliverables.

  • Offer one-pager (who, what, price, not-for)
  • Landing page copy in a standalone HTML file
  • 20-minute sales conversation outline
  • Pricing rationale you can defend
  • A 90-day follow-up cadence

Questions worth answering

Do you take equity or rev-share instead of a fee?

No. This is a fixed-fee sprint. Change this if your model is different.

Can you just write the website?

Not as a standalone. The page is the last 30% of the work. The offer has to exist first.

What if we realize the offer is wrong in week three?

That is the point of the audit. We stop and rename before anything is published.

Do you work with agencies?

This page is written for independents. If you run a studio, say so in the form and we will tell you if it is a fit.

Tell me about the work.

Name, email, a few sentences. This form does not send anywhere until you connect it — the success state is client-side so you can test the page as a file.
