This is a draft. It is not a substitute for a lawyer. Full text also lives in LEGAL.md in the Helio folder. Kit and Custom are paid via Wise (balance or bank transfer), not a card checkout.
Terms of sale (draft)
Helio sells digital landing-page files (the Kit) and a custom design-and-copy service (Custom). English descriptions on this site control if a translation differs. By requesting either product you confirm you have read this draft. We may refuse work that is illegal, deceptive, or adult content involving minors.
Helio Kit
Price: $79. Deliverable: three HTML templates (01 Launch, 02 Service, 03 Offer). License: one commercial website per template; no resale or marketplace listing of the templates. Pay via Wise (Wise balance or bank transfer — not a card). After paying, email [email protected] with the address to receive the zip. We send the files when payment is visible.
Helio Custom
Price: $990. Deliverable: one landing page, desktop and mobile, HTML handoff, two rounds of notes, five business days from a complete brief and payment. Paying without a brief does not start the clock. You must have rights to any proof, logos, or claims you send us. We do not invent metrics.
Refunds (draft)
Kit: 14-day refund after delivery for digital goods, if you are not redistributing the templates and you delete local copies when asked. Custom: refundable in full only before production starts (our written confirmation that the brief is complete). After production starts, Custom is not refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Privacy (draft)
This storefront stores a language preference in localStorage on your device. Request forms do not POST to a Helio server; they confirm on the page and may open a mail draft to [email protected]. If you email us, we keep the correspondence long enough to deliver the work and meet tax or legal duties, then no longer than needed. We do not sell lists. We do not run advertising pixels on these files as shipped. If a host you use adds analytics, that is their notice, not ours.
